What sizes do you offer?

Our shirts typically run S-4XL in unisex and S-3XL in ladies fitted shirts. 

How do your shirts fit?

All shirts are unisex and are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton unless otherwise noted in the product description. This means, there will be little to no shrinkage when washed correctly. See care instructions below. 

Unisex shirts are true to size with a relaxed/loose fit. We highly suggest you take a look at the size chart section if you have any doubts.

How can I get a KRIVE Capsule with my order?

• Purchases over $50 (not including shipping costs) automatically receive (1) one capsule with their order.
• KRIVE Capsules can also be purchased separately here.

**Please note that KRIVE Capsules fit tees up to a size 4XL only.**

Are KRIVE Capsules included in all orders?

No. Only purchases over $50 will receive a capsule with their order. Or you may purchase one separately.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Shirts are made to order. Hats take 7-14 business days.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, nor will we issue refunds due to delays on the carrier's end. We do not have control over how quickly your package is processed/scanned and delivered by the shipping carrier.

What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are FINAL. Thank you for understanding. 

I put the wrong address down. Help!

Accidents happen. In the event that you realize that you have put down the incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it to the correct address. However, if it has already shipped, it is out of our hands. So please, double check your address before you submit your order. 

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail/text.

Probably because it's either in your spam folder or there was a typo when you wrote your e-mail or phone number at checkout.

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, reach out to us and we'll confirm your info and resend the confirmation. 

How Can I Hit You Up?

We can be contacted by email: krivegraphics.etc@gmail.com. While we do respond to direct messages via Facebook or Instagram, our e-mail is our preferred contact method to ensure we answer your questions quickly. 

How Can I Make My Shirt Last?

Instructions to make your shirt last will be included with your order. We recommend washing your shirt inside out, machine wash on a cold setting using mild detergent and allowing it to air dry on a flat surface if possible.
